Can you clean gutters on a two-storey house?

Yes, where we can reach them safely. We use specialised equipment so we can get to hard-to-reach gutters, including on two-storey houses when the access allows.

Do you clean downpipes?

Where a blockage is accessible, we can clear debris from the gutter and check the outlets. Tell us if a downpipe is overflowing and we will include that in the assessment.

Do I need to be home?

You do not always need to be home if we can reach the gutters safely. We confirm what access we need before the visit.
